I hate to see someone taken advantage of by a company and that is exactly
what happened to your mom if Wellbuilt will not fix her ABM.

I suggest you take Wellbuilt to Small Claims Court.  They probably will not
show up at small claims court or they will fix the ABM once the receive
word from the court that they are being sued.

Be sure to add on any court costs to the price of the ABM.
