Bread-Bakers v098.n018.6

My husband bought me a new breadbaking machine.A german model,Backmeister.It
needs 6 cups!!! of flour.A 1500 grams machine.( We need metric mesures in
Germany!) In all my american breadbaking books I have I could not find recipes
for such big loafes.Have you breadbakers with 1500 grams loaf? And has anyone
recipes?
This is a wonderful letter I recieve every week and it helped me
much.Breadmachines are not so usual in Germany and you can get only three or
four books.
