I've had a lot of fun over the years with "Food Processor Bread Book" by
"The Editors of Consumer Guide." My copy was published in 1980 by Simon
and Schuster, and on closer look, shows an author of Beatrice Ojakangas.
I don't know if it is still in print, but it has many good recipes.
This is how I managed baking bread before I got my ABM. The dough
requires only shaping, as the processor does most of the kneading.
