Dear Bakers,

A reference was made in one of the last digests about mixing food
coloring to approximate the bakers caramel color.  No need to do that. 
The King Arthur Bakers Catalog has the real deal in powder form.  I got
some from them in liquid form, but they don't seem to carry it anymore. 
Anyway, you could try to get it from them.

Their website is www.kingarthurflour.com   You can get lots of info from
there, but I don't think you can order online with them, yet.
