I bought a package of a product called "Oatrim" which is an oat-based product that can be used to replaced up to 3/4 of the fat in regular baked goods recipes. I would like to know if anyone has any experience with this stuff, and what results you've had. I'd also love to have any recipes that you have tried and liked. Thanks. pjranney
