Bread-Bakers v098.n079.3

Does anyone have any good fruit or vegetable sweet bread recipes.  I want to
make a bunch of different kinds of breads for Christmas.  I am really looking
for strawberry, apple, carrot.  But I would love any other creative kind of
bread.  And the more unusual the better.  Last year someone send me Zucchini
bread, but I can't find the recipe and everyone loved it.  I never would have
thought of Zucchini bread.  Thanks alot.
