Bread-Bakers v099.n006.2

I'm looking for a recipe that'll be similar to a commercial bread, Roman
Meal.  It may not be available in all areas, so some may not know what I'm
referring to. It's a multi grain bread, not dark colored or heavy textured.
Has darker "flecks" of grain throughout.
