LIMITED TO 16 STUDENTS

Mixing, shaping and baking bread.  Fran Gage who owned Patisserie Francaise
in San Francisco will lead you through the preparation of three breads,
each of which uses a different technique.  The class will feature recipes
from Fran's bakery as well as her new book, Bread and Chocolate.
