"More from the Gluten-free Gourmet" by Bette Hagman (Henry Holt, 1993) contains an informative chapter entitled, "The Incredible Bread Machine." This book includes 29 yeast bread recipes, ranging from Carrot-Bran Bread to Simply Super Sourdough. I've heard a number of people rave about the gluten-free gourmet books.
