To Vern Baker who was wondering why her blueberries ended up at the bottom
of the loaf, I've found that if I add dried fruit at the raisin/nut beep, it
helps to add just a little more liquid (about 1 T) at the same time. That
softens the dough just enough to incorporate the berries. Otherwise they
seem to stick to the outside of the loaf or fall to the bottom of the pan.
