Bread-Bakers v100.n013.15

When looking at the recipe for the sunflower bread in v100.n004, no liquid 
was mention.  how much water should be used?

Sunflower bread - Oops! Sorry i didn't include the liquid. Start with 1 cup 
- add another tbsp if necessary
