My sincere thanks to Carolyn Dandalides for the lame instructions.  You
should see my breads now, Carolyn.  I am such a terrific slasher that I
feel like Jack the Ripper!  I not only know how to use the lame, I know
how to pronounce it!  Is this a great list or what?
