I am having a problem with my loaves being dry and crumbly. I have tried a variety of recipes and still have the problem. I would love to be able to have a piece of bread that didn't crumble away when you spread jam or butter on it, but have no clue what I am doing wrong or what I am missing in my doughs. Can anyone help with this dilemma? Much thanks in advance for the help, I love this list!!! Sally E
