Hi Every one, Wow, Joni, have just read your recipe for 'Pane Pugliese' I wanted to compliment you on the way you write up your recipes. I think the way you note weather, kitchen conditions ect, is great. A good example for slap happy's like myself, I always jot down my bits of info, along the margin. Only slap happy with my book keeping I might add.
