Bread-Bakers v100.n071.9

For Mike:  I had owned a commercial bakery at one time, but closed it to 
retire in 1995.  I had about 2/3 of a CASE of one pound packages left and 
put them in my freezer at home.  I AM STILL USING THEM (have 2 left), and 
they are fine!  I use it right out of the freezer also.
