Bread-Bakers v100.n073.8

I am an agronomist, also familiar with particle sizes in soil. I was amazed 
to learn how many geophysicists and hydrologists bake bread, and were 
willing to respond to this particular subject. Is there something about 
playing with flour and water that is very similar to playing with dirt and 
water? It's fascinating!
