For: BILLPOTE@aol.com who was looking for Whole Wheat Pizza dough recpie. I forget what book this came from , but I have used about 1/4 - 1/3 of a cup of yellow corn meal in the pizza dough for years. I like crunchy taste and texture it gives the pizza dough. I have never tried this with whole wheat dough, but I would expect it would work. Just replace some of the white flour with corn meal -- and play with it until you like the texture. pwascher@mediaone.net
