For Bill and Audrey Konie In England, Bromated and Unbromated flour simply means bleached and unbleached flour - I always use the latter because the colour is better for the bread I bake - also I'm opposed to unnecessary additives in food and bleaching flour is unnecessary for all but the most delicate pastry work.
