Hi all,

I will need to call it myself.  I have a three year old model BBCC-Q20
(vertical loaf) which has taken to making a loud thumping noise when
kneading.  The pan in in correctly and the blade is firmly on the shaft.
Has anyone experienced this problem and found a solution? TIA.
