I found a great solution for that. Bay Leaves. Just put one whole bay leaf 
in with your flour. No Weevils, they hate Bay Leaf. I had no bugs, then got 
an onslaught. Now I have one drawer I keep my flours in. I tape leaves on 
the sides and bottom of my drawer, and in the flour, and NO MORE BUGS.
