Bread-Bakers v102.n017.11

I would love to find a recipe (or two) for bread similar to that of the 
Macaroni Gill &/or Olive Garden.  It's very crisp on the outside and 
"crumb-y" on the inside. I've tried using my regular Italian bread recipe 
but with little success.  Anyone have a recipe they're willing to share?
