Hi Alan, I've never baked pretzels so maybe I shouldn't be handing out advice, but when I have baked things that have a tendency to stick on a well greased sheet I bake them on parchment paper. Problem solved. There's also a silicone coated baking sheet called "Silpat" that's really supposed to do the trick.
