Gonzo White mentions the taco presses.  Actually Melissa can probably find 
them in any good kitchen shop that especializes in gadgets.  When I owned 
kitchen shops in the mainland US, the taco presses and many other Mexican 
kitchen related gadgets were a part of our inventory on any given day.  If 
I remember correctly, I used to buy them wholesale from a company called 
Rowoco, who later was bought out by the Wilton (cake decorating books, etc) 
company.
