Corn is a European term refering to grain, not corn as we know it in the 
US. The bread is as you describe it. There is a recipe in "Secrets of a 
Jewish Baker" by George Greenstein. Lax and Mandel Bakery in Cleveland 
makes it every Sunday. They have a web site and do some mail order 
business, which really isn't the purpose of this list, but will give you a 
standard to compare your own version :-)
