Jim & Patti Carini wrote they had problem rolling out pizza dough. I have used Laura Brody's Dough Relaxer with great success, but if you don't have that just let the dough rest for about 2 minutes and then try again. Just wish I could learn how to "spin" the dough like they did where I grew up in New Jersey! Keep sticking my knuckles through it! Marti Rosalin
