Hi everyone, Has anyone ever tried to make the Tibetan Barley Bread from the Tassajara Bread Book? It's an unyeasted bread. I've never made unyeasted bread before, and am not sure if my results are "normal". I expect this bread to be quite heavy since there's nothing to cause it to rise, but would appreciate any feedback anyone might have. Thanks! Cathy
