To answer Joan's question about the Butter Bell....I've had one for over a 
year & love it.  No more rock hard butter on warm, fresh bread.  I don't 
refrigerate the butter in the bell at all, just change the water every 2 or 
3 days, and it always stays fresh, even in the hottest weather.
