Bread-Bakers v104.n002.2

Hi!   Just a thought ... in response to your note about KitchenAid leaving 
unmixed stuff in the base of the bowl.  Have you ever adjusted the little 
screw to get the paddle/hook/whisk closer to the bottom of the bowl??? 
Don't let it scratch the bottom, but the adjustment helps.
