1 tsp dry yeast (to 1 1/2 tsp)
Medium loaf

2 Tbsp sugar

1 Tbsp dry milk
1 tsp dry yeast (to 1 1/2 tsp)
Small loaf
----------
3/4 C water
1 C bread flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 Tbsp butter
1/2 Tbsp dry milk
1/2 tsp dry yeast
These recipes are for the "Bread" setting.
For the "Bread Rapid" setting, increase the yeast to 2 tsp for large
and medium sizes and to 1 tsp for the small loaf.
