Hi Michael, I don't know about the cold water dough, but the recipes I have tried in American Pie are terrific! My favorite is the New York Style crust. Peter describes it as the floppy kind that you almost have to fold over to eat. The first time I made it, it was great. By the 3rd time it was perfect. His recipe for sauce is my favorite, and so easy! My kids consider this "real" pizza. The deep dish crust is also very good. Sandy
