Sure it's the season of tolerance...but my friend is intolerant--of wheat, that is. So she's asked me to make her a rustic loaf of spelt bread. My first experiments were quite disappointing: dense, flat blobs. Does anyone out there have a recipe for 100% spelt flour rustic bread that they're enthusiastic about? Many, many thanks! Allen
