I'd like to ask Dave Barrett to give us an evaluation of his gas convection oven, including the make and model, not only for bread baking but other cooking as well. Ten years ago I was interested in getting one, but could only find one that had to be vented to the outside. Is this true of your model, Dave? Does it use natural gas or propane? Thanks for the info.
