In bread-bakers.v105.n034, Popthebaker@aol.com mentioned the classic baguette is made from pain ordinaire, a lean indirect dough. Can anyone provide a recipe for pain ordinaire and the type flour a baguette is made? I haven't tasted a decent baguette since I left France in 1957. I've attempted to make them but without much success. There are no bakeries in my area that will even attempt to make them. I would appreciate any help in this endeavor. Wayne
