Thanks to our Tarheel Baker who adapted the famous Millie's whole
wheat bread machine challah recipe, I have been successfuly producing
it via my KitchenAid stand mixer for about 2 years.
I also make it in a loaf pan for great sandwiches.
Now I (and a grandson!) would like an additional honey wheat recipe
with a stronger wheat flavor. Any suggestions would be welcome.
For those not familiar with the recipe, it uses 2 cups of all purpose
flour and 1 cup of whole wheat pastry flour. The result is a
delicious albeit delicate flavor.
