Bread-Bakers v106.n036.4

Hi Everyone,

I have 2 questions.  First, does anyone have a recipe for a rustic 
bread?  You know, the kind with big holes in it.  I am also looking 
for a recipe for pretzel bread.  Not necessarily shaped like a 
pretzel but one that has that "pretzel taste"  I make my bread using 
a dough hook to knead.
