My oven quit working and the cost of repairs were about the same as replacing it with a new conventional oven. Instead I have chosen to spend a little more and buy a convection oven. Two problems! One is that it will not be installed until December 22st. The second is that I do not know how it will affect my bread baking - both bread and rolls. Can anyone help me, please.
