Cindy - Almost everything I cook in a Le Creuset pan sticks. Soups, spaghetti sauce, chili, etc. Even simmering with a heat diffuser between the stove eye and the pan. No matter what I do. Hot pan/cold oil, etc. The only thing I use it for now is pot roast in the oven. Maybe try just an old black cast iron pan. deb in Georgia
