I have just returned from a trip to Ireland where we really enjoyed the brown soda bread. I made the recipe from Bernard Clayton's Complete Book of Breads, and it was pretty good -- but not quite there. Anyone have a favorite recipe they want to share? I'd especially like one that has some "crunchies" (seeds, bits of whole grain, etc. -- not sure exactly what they were) in it. Thanks! Barbara
