Orange Cumin Bread <J T>

1 1/2 lb loaf:
3/4 cup milk
6 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons grated orange peel
1 1/4 teaspoons ground cumin
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons cornmeal
2 1/4 cups bread flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
1 lb loaf:
1/2 cup milk
4 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoons grated orange peel
3/4 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons cornmeal
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
NOTE: Cumin omitted. Not recommended but ok.
Put ingredients in bread pan in order suggested by your bread machine
instructions. Set for whole-wheat bread, medium crust. Press start
NOTE: The texture and rise were both good. Because Reggie doesn't
like cumin it was omitted. The flavor was mainly orange. It was
good. People it was served to enjoyed it also.
