1 1/4 cups warm water
3 cups bread flour
1/2 cup shredded pepperjack cheese
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Makes a 1 1/2 lb loaf:
Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order
suggested by the manufacturer.
Select White Bread or Basic cycle. Push Start.
At the end let the machine cool down and place the bread on a wire
rack so the bread continues to cool.
