    1                cup  quick cooking rolled oats
    3               cups  bread flour
    1           teaspoon  salt
       1/3           cup  maple syrup -- pure
    1         tablespoon  canola oil
    1 1/4           cups  very warm water -- (105F to 115F), plus
    1         tablespoon  very warm water

Load the yeast, oats, bread flour, salt, maple syrup, canola oil, and 
water into your bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.

Select the white bread option and start the machine.

Yield: 1 loaf
