3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter -- melted, at room temperature
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Sea Salt
2 1/2 cups Organic Unbleached White All-Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Organic Amaranth Flour
1 1/2 tablespoons Active Dry Yeast
Low Cal, Low Sugar, Organic, Soy Free.
All ingredients should be at room temperature before starting.
Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine
cycle and process on the basic bread cycle according to the
manufacturer's directions. Let loaf cool for 15 minutes before slicing.
