Does anyone have experience with a silicone bread baker? I stumbled on one on amazon called "Lekue Silicone Bread Maker" that claims to keep the steam inside while baking, yet the sides are partially open. I have a superstone cloche that I've used with good success for tartine style bread and I'm wondering if this would be a close second or a distant second in terms of results. Any thoughts or experience are appreciated. Thanks!
