My father in law was recently diagnosed as gluten intolerant. He says
that every commercial bread he has tasted that claims to be gluten
free tastes like cardboard, or worse.
Any suggestion for him on a gluten free recipe that would work for
sandwiches and the like?
I don't have a bread machine (I know, shudder), but am willing to do
what I can to find him a good bread that he will enjoy.
A gluten free dinner recipe would be nice too.
