Bread-Bakers v098.n035.7

I am looking for a recipe for a Blueberry Bagel that you can make one day
and then use the next day.  Anyone have such a recipe? I work in a grocery
store and a lady came in telling about a recipe she used in her restaurant.
but I do not know her name and am not sure who it was.
