      1/3           cup  instant mashed potato flakes -- or buds  (0.444C)
      1/2           cup  crumbled blue cheese -- (2/3C)
      1/4           cup  nonfat dry milk powder -- (1/3C)
   1         tablespoon  sugar -- (1 1/3T)
      3/4      teaspoon  salt -- (1 tsp)
      1/2      teaspoon  onion powder -- (2/3 tsp)
   1           teaspoon  yeast -- (1 1/3 tsp)

Makes a 1 1/2 lb loaf

Ready in 1-2 hrs
