No salt

For health reasons, I need to make bread (in bread machine) without 
any salt. Would it be as simple as to just eliminate the salt and carry 
on with the same recipies I always make, or would the ingredients react
in a different way?  I am only trying to make normal, everyday kind of
bread. Thanks for any help.
