I'm using a wonder flour from "SAMS" which has bromide as dough conditioner in it. I just read that it has been outlawed in Calif. and Canada because of the toxicity and cancer causing agents. Should I be concerned. Emailed responses will be appreciated....I don't always read all my digests...thanks.
