Well, I forgot to put in the Cup measurement in the recipe...here is the
correction for everyone.

   1 1/4  C             Buttermilk
   1 1/2  Tablespoons   Almond extract
   3      Tablespoons   Honey -- Or Maple Syrup
     1/3  Teaspoon      Salt
   1 1/2  Tablespoons   Poppy seeds
     1/3  Teaspoon      Baking soda
   1 1/2  Tablespoons   Vital Gluten -- To 3 Tbs, Optional
   3 1/3  Cups          Whole wheat flour
   1 1/2  Teaspoons     Yeast
     1/2  Cup           Almonds -- chopped

Place ingredients in order given by manufacturer. 

Add nuts at beep.

 Medium crust setting.

 Makes 1-1/2 lb loaf.
