Here is a great muligrain bread that is light, airy and moist. Hope your
enjoy the wonderfully nutty taste on sandwiches and toast.
Yields:1-1/2 lb. loaf
1-1/3 cups water
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
2 cups bread flour
3/4 c whole wheat flour
1/3 c rolled oats, toasted
3 Tbsp. dry milk powder
3 Tbsp. cornmeal
3 Tbsp. toasted wheat germ
2 tsp. active dry yeast.
Place all ingredients in bread pan and process on basic or whole wheat cycle.
The flours in this recipe will vary in water absorption and so you may need to
add more flour or water to get the right consistency. Let your machine need
for 5-6 minutes before adding any addtional water or flour.
